Just over a third of what we chuck away every year is paper and cardboard � needing a forest the size of Wales to sustain. So if you are addicted to takeaway coffee, which you get in a paper cup, break the habit by taking your very own "I am Not a Paper Cup" thermal mug (with re-sealable lid) to your favourite coffee shop. Your coffee will taste as great but without wasting all that paper.
