How Long Should Humans Live?

In the Bible, humans enjoy living a long life. Not by a hundred but hundreds of years. I really believe that humans can still live that long at present day. However they should live in a very pure environment. Civilizations, developments, and high tech world we are living today bring a lot of chaos to human health and we should think how. Is it possible nowadays or can it be possible by the discoveries and inventions of man, to live a longer life?

There is no replacement for what God gives for us. It�s all natural. Human beings have gone a long way toward self-suicide, but very little toward maintaining and prolonging life. According to the record in the Bible, the oldest man is Methuselah. He has live to be nine hundred sixty-six years old. Wow, it is amazing to live that long. I wonder when he was 200 years old he is as strong as the twenty years old man today. Another record shown that there was no one between Adam and Noah who did not live well over three hundred years and many as long as seven to eight hundred years.

Should I ask why can�t we live two hundred years? I would gladly live to be four hundred or five hundred years if I could remain strong and healthy all that time. And who would not want to do the same thing? We know that all animals but man, in his perverted state, live from seven to ten times their average age of maturity. For example, a horse is matured at age at three, and lives to be thirty or more. A man is mature at twenty and according to the same ratio used in the case of the lower animals, he should live at the very minimum of one hundred and forty years of age.

Now what do you think is the chief causes for the short span of life of human race? I am no longer astonished why man is living shorter than he should be living a lot longer. There are so many reasons why and man knows why� it saddened me that man can hardly enjoy longer life today.
